The introductory meeting

During the introductory meeting, we’ll take a look at your personal needs. We’ll match the region, the type of home and your specific search criteria against each other. Then we’ll see if we need to offer any financial advice. What’s your budget, what resources are you bringing in yourself vs. possible credit options? We have the right know-how to guide you through this process!

The selection procedure

We’ll put together a portfolio of properties based on our introductory meeting. We’ll adjust the details with you and make amendments to the selection, if necessary.

The tour

A beautiful and simple step! After picking you up at the airport, we’ll put you up in one of our properties. You can enjoy the relaxing and restful atmosphere!

When you buy

We’ll be with you from A to Z for the entire purchase process and in your own language. We offer legal support from a recognized law firm specialized in real estate. All necessary documents will be provided in the language of your choice. You will be provided with a program that includes the properties we have selected for you. We will view these properties over a period of 2 to 3 days.

Aftercare

Once you are the proud owner of your Spanish dream property we will still support you with the administration. Such as things like utility connections, energy providers, contractors and the SUMA tax.
